‘The Duality of Loneliness’ acknowledges how moments of loneliness could be a negative experience. Still, although it’s negative, humans must experience these moments for personal growth and development. By reframing loneliness as an essential aspect of the human experience, this project aims to have a deeper understanding of the duality of loneliness. Just as every coin has two sides, loneliness can be both a negative and positive experience. Individuals can take advantage of loneliness by changing their perspectives, ultimately embracing the duality of loneliness for personal development.
